Bill Weathersby, President

Bill Weathersby has more than 20 years of comprehensive strategic and operational IT-focused experience as an enterprise executive and advisor. Before launching EquaSiis, he was EquaTerra's COO for Europe and Asia, and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team.

Prior to EquaTerra, Bill was Executive Vice President (EVP), Global Markets for SunGard, where he was responsible for global sales, marketing and operations for the company's energy logistics and trading products. He also served as EVP at Spherion, a Fortune 500 recruiting and staffing firm, where he ran the solutions division of the technology business unit, a global consulting group focused on application development and maintenance. In addition, he was senior manager at Experio and responsible for the IT practice in the Gulf Coast region. He also worked as a manager for Accenture's manufacturing practice, where he led systems engagements with clients such as Boeing and Lloyds of London.

Mike Beals, Vice-President, EquaSiis Software

Mike Beals brings more than 20 years of HR, IT, and outsourcing governance experience to EquaSiis. Throughout his career he has assisted clients in all four stages of the outsourcing lifecycle, with primary emphases on the Source and Manage stages. He is responsible for the overall direction for EquaSiis Enterprise. While at EquaTerra his team built and deployed preceding versions of EquaSiis Enterprise, formerly known as Governance WorkPlace®

Prior to joining EquaTerra, Mike was President and Founder of Relationship Management Solutions (RMS), which was acquired by EquaTerra in 2003. Before founding RMS, Mike was the Vice President and Practice Leader for META Group Consulting's Sourcing Practice and he previously served as the senior HR Director for a Dun & Bradstreet subsidiary, Sales Technologies. He received a B.S. from the United States Military Academy, and subsequently served in various capacities as an Infantry officer. Mike is a well recognized thought leader and has contributed to industry events and publications such as Sourcing Interest Group, Global Services and HRO Today magazines.

Ron Walker, Vice President and Managing Director, EquaTerra Service Provider Services

Ron leads the global service provider services practice for EquaTerra, formerly known as EquaSiis Insights. He has over 20 years of experience with roles on all three sides of the outsourcing relationship: as a customer, as a provider and as a consultant. As one of the original executives of EquaTerra, Ron was responsible for creating the outsourcing industry's Market Intelligence network between EquaTerra and the Service Provider community.

Prior to joining EquaTerra, Ron was SVP at Creditek (now part of Genpact), VP at LeapSource and BPO Practice Director at Arthur Andersen. He has been involved in over 50 outsourcing relationships ranging from $1M to $1B with clients such as 3M, 20th Century Fox, Safeway and Sempra. Ron has an Economics degree from San Diego State University, a MBA from Loyola Marymount University (with honors) and is a frequent speaker/contributor to industry events such as Sourcing Interest Group, Outsourcing World Summit, Outsourcing Law Seminars and FAO magazine.

Stan Lepeak, Managing Director Global Research

Stan Lepeak leads all business and IT services and outsourcing market research efforts for EquaSiis. As Managing Director of Global Research at EquaTerra and  EquaSiis, Stan leads research efforts focused on business process and IT services and outsourcing market trends, best practices and futures.   Other key research themes and focus areas include globalization and global sourcing, outsourcing and shared services management and governance, enterprise IT systems and outsourcing, and vertical industry sourcing trends.

Prior to EquaTerra, Stan spent eight years at the META Group, a market research and advisory services firm, as Vice President and Research Lead for the business and IT services marketplaces, as well as covering regulatory compliance, e-business, enterprise software, and business and IT alignment. Stan was also an executive at Elance, an enterprise software firm developing enterprise applications for sourcing and managing business and IT services, and Ajunto, an IT software, services and research firm. He is a noted commentator and frequent speaker on business and IT services market trends, globalization and global sourcing, and the role of IT in enabling business change and innovation.  Stan has a degree in international relations from the University of Michigan.

Andy Hepburn, Associate General Counsel

Andy Hepburn manages EquaSiis' partnerships and alliances program, as well as its legal affairs. As a business executive, he has founded and grown start-up companies that continue to thrive. As a consultant, he specialized in helping small companies to devise effective business development strategies, and large companies to acquire and manage IT products and services - and their suppliers - more effectively. As a lawyer, he has worked for a Fortune 100 company, as well as for companies with less than 50 employees. His legal experience includes corporate governance and compliance, technology procurement and licensing, technology distribution and supply arrangements, acquisitions and divestitures, antitrust, employment, and diverse corporate transactions.

Greg Scherrer, Director, Product Management

Greg Scherrer brings more than 12 years of experience managing deployment of enterprise and Web applications to EquaSiis. He has led software and services focused organizations with an emphasis on developing and integrating mission-critical software. Mr. Scherrer has a strong background in IT strategy and architecture, application development, service-oriented architectures and services, EAI and enterprise service bus technologies, Web application technologies, information standards, business intelligence, and master data management.

Prior to EquaSiis, Greg served as the global director of professional services for Liaison Technologies. Before Liaison, he was a technology consulting manager with META Group (now Gartner), where he provided strategic consulting services and co-authored one of the company's top-selling studies on E-Business. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
